Unable to unload within this context (Error 365)
Corrective Action: Since running the 424.exe has so far corrected this problem, it appears that Error 365 is due to improper registering of program files. The 424.exe file is located in all TNG directories (TNGSVR or TNGWRK) which are the default directory names used during installation.
424.exe will create a directory called windows\butng and move the Touch N’ Go program files from windows\system directory. Please read the information screen which pops up when 424 is executed carefully.
Please follow these steps:
1) move the 424.exe into a temp directory,
2) restart the machine with all applications closed (temporarily remove any from startup,
3) uninstall the In-and-Out Board from the machine getting the 365 error,
4) run 424.exe,
5) re-install Touch N’ Go,
6) RESTART THE MACHINE, and
7) Start the Touch N’ Go In-and-Out Board.
If you can not find the 424.exe in a Touch N’ Go directory, you can download the 424.exe at ftp://ftp.touchngo.com/pub/entrpriz/424.exe
