Unlike the standard in-and-out boards used in offices for years, Touch N' Go operates right from your computer desktop. Any user on your network can display the Touch N' Go board using either a Detailed Display screen or a Mini Display screen that is tailored to meet your needs. Just click in, click out, add remarks...you'll always know who's in, out, or unavailable.
The Detailed Display screen option shows users names with color-coded status, In/Out buttons, and Remarks. The Mini Display screen option shows just the individuals' names with a color-coded status, but clicking on any name with the left mouse button will show the status of the person in the information box at the bottom of the screen. To check these features on your network, try the FREE DOWNLOAD .
Touch N' Go uses a single data file residing on a networked fileserver in a shared directory. User windows (display screens) update this central data file as individual changes are made. Once every minute, the program queries the data file and updates all user displays with any changes made by users connected to the network. A function key will update the data file immediately.
One Server Disk is installed on a directory that all of the workstations can access and is available whenever you would like Touch N' Go to function. Then Touch N' Go is installed on the locally networked computer workstations. 20-User Classic Manual
