If this message occurs at the tale-end of the installation, the installation was probably not complete (no install.log was created). Usually various program files ending with .dll are noted as a problem, you can install the program on another machine and then copy the files into the workstation’s windows\system directory, restart the machine and start the Touch N’ Go program.
Best resolution is to restart the machine, move the files noted in the error message box into a Temp directory, re-install the program, and restart the machine to properly register the program files.
Most common program file involved is the compobj.dll.
