Error loading from file (Error 31037) An error occurred while attempting to read the specified file (set Action = 12).
Corrective Action: This error typically comes up when the Touch N’ Go Server installation is the released version, and a workstation may still be using a pre-release build (i.e. build 481). This error usually occurs during printing (which is an Admin function). The released version needs to be installed at the workstation to install the most current program files that were included with the released version (and were not available during the previous builds).
