Couldn't open file 'name'. (Error 3051) You must have Read Data permission for the specified file in order to view its data, change your permission assignments. Or you tried to open the indicated file exclusively, but another user already has the file open.
Corrective action (effective 11-19-96 version 1.12-builds 543/544):
All users (or groups) will need read, write, and execute privileges in the TNGSVR directory. You may need to check file attributes to make sure changes have not been made.
LANTASTIC = Read, Write, and Execute. NOVELL = Read, Write and Filescan. WINNT = Add & Read, and Change.
