Disk I/O error during read.
The disk could not be read due to an internal disk or drive failure.
Possible causes:
1) You tried to read from a network drive, and the network is temporarily busy, or you're no longer connected to the network. Check the network connection, and then try the operation again.
2) disk or drive has failed.
Corrective Action: The above information is something to consider. However, this error can come up if the database has become corrupted. We have created a little utility called trepair.exe that will repair and compact the database. You will need to place the trepair.exe into a workstation TNGWRK directory (it is not necessary to place it in and run from the TNGSVR directory). Everyone will need to be out of the program for this utility to run.
You will be prompted to Compact Enterprise Database or Repair Enterprise Database. First select Repair Enterprise Database and then Compact Enterprise Database..
If you installed Enterprise version 1.21, Build 84 or 764, trepair.exe was loaded into all TNG directories. If you are running an earlier Build (761), you can download the following trepair.exe at ftp://ftp.touchngo.com/pub/entrpriz/trepair.exe
