AS 18.65.735. Suspension of Permit.
- (a) The department shall immediately suspend a permit to carry a concealed handgun if a permittee becomes ineligible to
hold a permit under AS 18.65.705
.
- (b) A person whose permit is suspended under this section shall immediately surrender the permit to the nearest peace
officer. A peace officer receiving a permit under this section shall immediately forward the permit to the department.
- (c) The department shall retain a permit suspended under this section until the permit is revoked or returned to the
permittee.
