AS 18.65.745. No Liability For Issuance of Permit or For Training.
- (a) The state, and its officers and employees, are not liable by virtue of having issued a permit to carry a concealed
handgun for damage or harm caused by the permittee.
- (b) A person who provides firearm training to a person who receives a permit under AS 18.65.700
- 18.65.790 is not liable for damage or harm caused
by the permittee.
