AS 10.50.700. Civil Penalty.
- (a) A foreign limited liability company that conducts affairs in this state without registration is subject to a civil
penalty payable to the state not to exceed $10,000 for each calendar year, including a partial year, the company
conducts affairs in this state without being registered under this chapter.
- (b) The civil penalty imposed in (a) of this section may be recovered in an action brought in the superior court by the
attorney general.
