AS 03.55.190. Definitions.

In AS 03.55.100 - 03.55.190,

(1) "animal" has the meaning given in AS 11.81.900 ;

(2) "custodian" means a person responsible by law for the care, custody, or control of animals;

(3) "department" means the Department of Environmental Conservation.
