11 AAC 114.200. Issues, goals, and objectives

A district plan must include the district's overall coastal management issues, goals, and objectives or summarize or reference the district's overall coastal management issues, goals, and objectives contained in the district's comprehensive land and resource use plan. The means used to achieve an objective must be stated in the district plan.
