(a) If, after submission of the seismic exploration data or stratigraphic test data, the permittee determines that errors exist in the data submitted, the permittee shall inform the division of the errors and, as soon as practicable, shall submit any corrected data.
(b) The permittee is not responsible for any actions the division takes in the interpretation or use of the seismic exploration data submitted by the permittee.
