(a) The state will reimburse the permittee for all reasonable costs directly incurred by the permittee because of the submission of seismic exploration data to the division under 11 AAC 96.210(1) . Reimbursable expenditures are the costs of reproduction and shipping related to the submission of seismic exploration data to the division.
(b) The state will not reimburse the permittee for any indirect costs incurred by, or indirect effects on, the permittee for the time, personnel, or equipment used to prepare the seismic exploration data for submission to the division.
(c) The division will initiate reimbursement to the permittee for costs described in (a) of this section within 30 days after receipt of a legible copy of the seismic exploration data.
