11 AAC 67.879. Service charge

A 10-day grace period after the date due is allowed on all installment payments. The department will assess the late payment service charge prescribed by 11 AAC 05.010, plus interest due, on each installment payment that is received more than 10 days after the due date, unless provided otherwise in the installment contract.
