(a) For any sale under 11 AAC 67.060 - 11 AAC 67.070, the purchaser must sign and return the sale contract within 30 days after the contract was sent by the department. The director may extend the time period for good cause at the purchaser's request.
(b) A copy of the contract, signed on behalf of the state, will be returned to the purchaser and will serve as a receipt for the deposit and a description of the property, price, and terms. The purchaser need not acknowledge receipt of his copy of the contract unless specifically requested to do so.
