The disposal brochure made available to the public before a disposal of land sets out the general conditions and qualifications for the disposal and how a person may apply for or qualify to receive land offered as part of the disposal. It is the responsibility of the applicant or participant to keep himself informed about changes or corrections made in the disposal brochure or made subsequently, and the division reserves the right to make changes up to the time of disposal. The brochure will specify whether a parcel for which no applications or bids were received will subsequently be made available over the counter at the appraised price.
