Section 40. Regular meetings

11 AAC 26.040. Regular meetings

The chairman shall set a time for regular meetings. The place of a regular meeting must be set by the chairman at the preceding regular meeting. No separate notice of a regular board meeting need be given to board members. The chairman or his or her designee shall notify absent board members of the place designated for the next regular meeting.
