The use of a snowmobile is allowed in the Kenai River Special Management Area on the following lakes when the snow depth is adequate to protect underlying vegetation on upland approaches to
(1) Kenai Lake, from December 1 through April 30 annually; and
(2) Skilak Lake, in accordance with 50 C.F.R. 36.39(i)(4), revised as of October 1, 2000 and adopted by reference.
