Any state agency or municipality of the state may apply for outdoor recreation, open space, and historic properties development fund money by
(1) for the purposes outlined in 11 AAC 17.020(1) and (2), submitting to the director a copy of the application to be submitted to the federal grantor agency which will be asked to provide the federal share of the project; or
(2) for the purpose outlined in 11 AAC 17.020(3) , submitting to the director a copy of the application to be submitted to the federal grantor agency which will be asked to provide the federal share of the project along with evidence of
(A) the value of the land to be acquired for park and open space purposes; and
(B) the likelihood that the land will be permanently acquired by the exercise of the option; and
(C) the imminence of risk of loss for park and recreation purposes if options are not obtained; or
(3) for the purpose outlined in 11 AAC 17.020(4) , submitting to the director documentation of relevant previous expenditures and a statement of intended expenditure of funds that may be received as a result of the application for outdoor recreation, open space and historic properties development fund money; and
(4) submitting evidence of authority to undertake the project for which funds are requested.
