AS 42.40.695. Public Purpose of Bonds.

Bonds of the corporation issued to finance facilities described in AS 42.40.560 and bonds of the corporation issued to finance facilities described in AS 42.40.550 are issued by a public corporation and an instrumentality of the state for an essential public and governmental purpose.
