AS 29.60.370. Per Capita Account Distribution.
- (a) The amount allocated to the per capita account in the safe communities program shall be distributed to each
municipality on the basis of population. Population for the purpose of this section shall be as certified by the
commissioner of commerce, community, and economic development. In determining the population of a borough, the
population of all cities in the borough shall be deducted from the total population of the borough.
