AS 18.60.270. Report of Inspection.
- (a) Each company employing a special inspector shall, within 30 days following each inspection for certification as
required by AS 18.60.390
for a boiler or unfired pressure vessel, file a report of the inspection with the Department of Labor and Workforce
Development upon forms adopted by the department.
- (b) In addition, a special inspector shall file with the department a report of an inspection that discloses a condition
dangerous to life or property in a boiler or unfired pressure vessel.
