AS 11.66.230. Possession of Gambling Records in the First Degree.
- (a) A person commits the crime of possession of gambling records in the first degree if, with knowledge of its contents or
character, the person possesses a gambling record used or intended to be used in the operation or promotion of an
unlawful gambling enterprise.
- (b) Possession of gambling records in the first degree is a class C felony.
