AS 11.56.745. Interfering With a Report of a Crime Involving Domestic Violence.
- (a) A person, other than the victim, commits the crime of interfering with a report of a crime involving domestic violence
if the person knowingly interferes with another person who is reporting or attempting to report a crime involving
domestic violence to a law enforcement agency.
- (b) [Repealed, Sec. 19 ch 86 SLA 1998].
- (c) Violation of this section is a class A misdemeanor.
