Editor's note: As of Register 109 (April 1989), the material formerly in Title 16 of the Alaska Administrative Code (i.e., 16 AAC 05.010, with its appended forms) has been deleted by the regulations attorney under the authority of AS 44.62.125 (b)(6), with its reference to AS 01.05.031 . Chapter 207, SLA 1975 abolished the former Department of Economic Development and transferred many of its functions to the newly named Department of Commerce and Economic Development. The statute under which the regulation was adopted ( AS 43.18.300 ) was relocated to AS 29.89.110 , which, in turn, was repealed by § 88, ch. 74, SLA 1985.
