In 1994 the Probate Rules Committee revised the probate forms previously published in this volume. The revised forms are available in law libraries throughout the state and can be purchased from the Court Rules Attorney, 303 K Street, Anchorage, Alaska 99517, (907) 264-8225.
The probate forms are intended for illustration only. They have not been adopted or approved by any court. There is no provision for periodic review of the forms to keep them current with changes to the probate rules or the probate code. Before using any of the forms, it is essential to consult the relevant rules and statutes.
