23 AAC 40.010. Annual report

The victims' advocate will publish the office of victims' rights annual report in accordance with AS 24.65.170 for the preceding fiscal year before the end of the first month of the following fiscal year and shall notify the legislature that the report is available. The report shall also be posted on the office of victims' rights web page.
