(a) The board will meet in general session at least once each calendar year, subject to the availability of appropriations from the legislature. This general session is in addition to the meetings of the board for the purpose of conducting parole hearings.
(b) General board meetings are open to the public, and time will be set aside at designated meetings to take oral and written public comment.
(c) The board will, in its discretion, move into executive session as provided for in AS 44.62.310 (b) and (c), during a general meeting.
(d) The board will give reasonable public notice for general board meetings designated for public comment.
(e) The board will prepare an agenda for each meeting. The agenda will, in the board's discretion, be amended at the meeting by the board.
(f) The board will prepare minutes of general meetings and will make them available upon written request.
