(a) A request for reconsideration will be considered by a quorum of the board. The decision will be based upon the case file material available. The board will not interview the applicant.
(b) The board will rule on a request for reconsideration within 60 days after its receipt at the board office.
(c) If the board grants a request for reconsideration, the board will conduct a new hearing at a future hearing date set by the board.
