(a) The provisions of 22 AAC 20.525 and 22 AAC 20.530, where applicable, apply to hearing officers as well as board members.
(b) A board member serving as a hearing officer may disqualify oneself or may be disqualified by the board chair.
(c) A board staff person serving as a hearing officer may disqualify oneself or may be disqualified by the board chair or by the executive director.
