For a reason set out in 22 AAC 20.530 a board member may be disqualified from voting or participating in a parole release, revocation, or rescission hearing, as follows:
(1) a board member may disqualify himself or herself;
(2) a board member may be disqualified by a majority vote of the other board members present at the hearing for any of the reasons set out in 22 AAC 20.530;
(3) a board member may be disqualified under AS 39.52.210 - 39.52.260 by the board chair.
