(a) Either party at a preliminary or final revocation hearing may apply to the board for a subpoena. It is the responsibility of the requesting party to make the request in sufficient time to allow for the issuance and service of the subpoena.
(b) Responsibility for the service of a subpoena, costs of transportation for a witness or for obtaining records, and any other expenses associated with the issuance or service of a subpoena rests with the requesting party and not with the board.
(c) Subpoenas may be served by any department staff or by any person authorized under Alaska Rule of Civil Procedure 45(c).
