22 AAC 20.180. Action following request for reconsideration

(a) A request for reconsideration will be considered by a quorum of the board. The decision will be based upon the case file material available. The board will not interview the applicant.

(b) If the board grants a request for reconsideration, the board will conduct a new hearing before the board at the next regularly scheduled board hearing at the facility where the prisoner is incarcerated, unless the board specifies another date.

(c) The board will rule on a request for reconsideration within 60 days after receipt of the request.
