Facility staff members shall make reasonable efforts to contact the local prosecuting authority and the local court if it appears that a prisoner will not be brought before a judge or magistrate within 24 hours after arrest as required under AS 12.25.150 . However, in no event may a prisoner be released solely because of the government's failure to arraign, unless ordered by a court.
