22 AAC 05.125. Clothing, bedding, and linen

(a) Pretrial prisoners, except those in punitive segregation or administrative segregation pending investigation of a disciplinary infraction, must be allowed to wear personal clothing in living areas and in other areas of the facility where security does not require a clothing restriction.

(b) Prisoner clothing, bedding, and linen supplies must be provided in accordance with procedures established by the commissioner to comfortably and adequately meet the needs of prisoners.
