21 AAC 10.195. Definitions

In 21 AAC 10.095 - 21 AAC 10.195,

(1) "interested party" means an actual or prospective bidder or vendor whose economic interest might be affected substantially and directly by the contract solicitation, the award of a contract, or the failure to award a contract; whether an actual or prospective bidder or offeror has an economic interest depends on the circumstances;

(2) "professional services" means professional, technical, or consultant's services that are predominantly intellectual in character, result in the production of a report or the completion of a task, and include analysis, evaluation, prediction, planning, or recommendation;

(3) "procurement officer" means a person authorized by the ombudsman to enter into and administer contracts and to make written determinations with respect to them.
