(a) A contract must be executed by the vendor and the ombudsman.
(b) A contract awarded under 21 AAC 10.100 - 21 AAC 10.165 must contain
(1) the amount of the contract;
(2) the date the work is to begin;
(3) the date by which the work must be completed;
(4) a description of the services to be performed under the contract; and
(5) a certification that sufficient money is available in an appropriation to be encumbered for the amount of the contract.
