(a) The provisions of 20 AAC 40.220 - 20 AAC 40.245 apply to the award of competitive grants by the authority.
(b) If the board decides to award an authority grant by competitive means, the board will determine the purpose, duration, and amount of the grant. The board will also determine whether to establish any specific limitations on eligibility for the grant and any other special qualifications or criteria that must be met by the grant recipient.
