The following materials are adopted by reference:

(1) the council's guidelines and application form, revised as of June 2002 for an operating support grant;

(2) the council's guidelines and application form, revised as of June 2002 for a project grant;

(3) the council's guidelines and application form, revised as of June 2002 for a Connie Boochever Arts Fellowship;

(4) the council's guidelines and application form, revised as of June 2002 for a career opportunity grant;
