(a) Unless otherwise specified, the council may not consider a grant application that the council has not been posted by the deadline printed in the program guidelines and application form. The council will not make exceptions for delays in receipt caused by inclement weather, the United States Postal Service, or other circumstances.
(b) Grant deadlines will be announced at the annual meeting of the council.
