20 AAC 30.827. Review criteria

The council will evaluate each application for an arts education incentive grant as set out in the guidelines and application form, adopted by reference in 20 AAC 30.983(12) , for an arts education incentive grant, and using the following criteria:

(1) how the creative process is involved in the proposed project;

(2) the merit of the proposal in furthering the development and acceptance of the study of the arts as a part of basic education;

(3) the goal of the proposed project in relation to the purpose of an arts education incentive grant;

(4) the completeness and appropriateness of the project plan;

(5) the completeness and feasibility of the project budget, including the required cash match;

(6) the need for the project; and

(7) the ability of the grant applicant to carry out the project.
