Section 628. General eligibility

20 AAC 30.628. General eligibility

(a) A nonprofit corporation is eligible for a community arts development grant if the nonprofit corporation meets the eligibility requirements of 20 AAC 30.090.

(b) A school, college, or university is eligible for a community arts development program grant only if

(1) the activity for which the grant proceeds would be expended is open to the public;

(2) the public is the primary audience; and

(3) the primary purpose of the activity is not the generation of academic credit.
