(a) An application for a grant from the artists in schools program is subject to the review process as set out in 20 AAC 30.045(a) .
(b) An application from an artist for inclusion of the artist's name in the artists in schools talent bank is subject to the following review process:
(1) council staff shall
(A) review application material for completeness, and, if applicable, evaluate the applicant's compliance with a previously awarded artists in schools program grant involving the artist; and
(B) forward the completed evaluation form to the talent bank discipline advisory panel;
(2) the talent bank advisory panel shall review each application and recommend to the council whether the application should be accepted or rejected; and
(3) the council will consider the advisory panel's recommendation, decide on the application, and notify the artist of its decision.
