(a) The council will evaluate a school's application for an artists in schools program grant using the following criteria:
(1) residency activities and format;
(2) goals, objectives, and planning of the residency;
(3) residency facilities and community information; and
(4) budget.
(b) The council will evaluate an application of an artist to be included in the artists in schools talent bank using the following criteria:
(1) quality of the artist's work;
(2) the artist's training, education, and experience;
(3) the artist's statement; and
(4) adaptability and suitability of the artist to the artists in schools program.
