An individual applying for a master artist and apprentice grant must
(1) complete a master artist and apprentice grant application provided by the council in the guidelines and application form, adopted by reference in 20 AAC 30.983(5) , for a master artist and apprentice grant in traditional Native arts; and
(2) submit the following items, so that each is received or postmarked not later than the deadline established in the guidelines and application form described in (1) of this section:
(A) the completed application;
(B) the lesson plan and budget list required by the guidelines and application form;
(C) any supporting materials required by the guidelines and application form.
