(a) Applications for certification to participate in the PSE program will be reviewed to determine applicant eligibility under AS 14.44 and this chapter. The commission staff shall notify applicants of their status, report eligible students and their admission status to WICHE, and maintain student records. A PSE student must enter into a loan agreement to repay the financial support provided on the student's behalf.
(b) The commission will determine the amount of money necessary to support continuing and projected participants in the PSE program and notify WICHE of any limitations to be placed on support offered to students.
(c) The commission may negotiate memoranda of agreement with participating schools to set the support fee to be paid for each certified student enrolled at a participating school.
(d) Repealed 11/8/2000.
