(a) The commission staff shall establish an application period based on money available for the AlaskAdvantage consolidation loan program. Once available money has been fully expended, commission staff shall close an application period.
(b) An individual applying for a consolidation loan must complete and submit an application and promissory note provided by the commission. The requirements of 20 AAC 15.930, other than 20 AAC 15.930(b) , (c), (f), and (g), apply to an application for a consolidation loan.
