(a) An individual applying for a federal consolidation loan must complete and submit the consolidation loan combined loan application and promissory note.
(b) An incomplete application may be returned to the applicant with a request for additional information. Further action may not be taken on an incomplete application until it is resubmitted with the requested information.
(c) The commission staff may require an applicant to furnish further information and documents to verify statements on the application.
