20 AAC 05.769. Point system for the Southeastern Alaska Dungeness crab ring net fishery

The commission will award a maximum of 12 points to an applicant for past participation in, and economic dependence on, the Southeastern Alaska ring net fishery. Applicants who harvested and sold Dungeness crab from the fishery over the January 1, 1988 - January 2, 1992 time period will be awarded points for the years in which they participated according to the poundage threshold established for each year, as follows:
