20 AAC 05.753. General provisions relating to Cook Inlet Dungeness crab pot and ring net fisheries

To be eligible to apply for an entry permit in either the Cook Inlet Dungeness crab pot fishery or ring net fishery, an individual must have commercially harvested the fishery resource while participating in the relevant fishery as a holder of an interim-use permit issued under AS 16.43.210 (a) during at least one of the years 1988 - 1992.
